Pastors Kenneth E. Lantz & Vivian Lantz
Pastor Lantz was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1947.
He received his degree in Biblical Theology at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.
He throughly enjoys "finding a good bargain at local thrift stores" and is well versed in the art of outdoor survival techniques. However, Pastor Lantz's real passion is studying God's Word for hour after hour, finding out the great secrets and wisdom stored inside the Scriptures. All one has to do is hear one of his timely sermon's to know just how much he has learned. Coupled with his good sense of humor, you will find Pastor Lantz open to people of all walks of life and ready to help in any way he can.
That is what makes Pastor Lantz so special to all of us here at The Lighthouse Family Church.
Vivian Lantz was born and raised in Choctaw, Oklahoma and attended Choctaw High School. Her open display of love for all she comes in contact with sets the stage for her "can do" personality. Nothing is too big to tackle for this wonderful servant of God. Leading the Praise and Worship team at The Lighthouse Family Church is only one of the many complex duties our Pastor's wife has taken on. If there is any organizing to be done; look no further, Vivian is probably already coming up with solutions to the issues at hand.
Pastor Ed and Vivian have a beautiful family of five children and six grandchildren to which they have faithfully committed to the continued growth of each and every one in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Pastor Lantz has been faithfully serving in the ministry for over 30 years. His salvation through Jesus Christ came at the age of sixteen. Even though he suffered from Epilepsy for the first seventeen years of his life, Pastor Lantz was completely healed of this disease one year after he was saved and continues to thank God for his miraculous healing every day.
God directed Pastors Kenneth & Vivian to The Lighthouse Family Church in March of 2007.
Since that time God has continually revealed a very clear direction and plan to Pastor Lantz for accomplishing love and unity in the Body of Jesus Christ.
Pastor says, "Our goal is to help build God's kingdom here at The Lighthouse Family Church by showing 'real love' to the lost and then leading them to salvation through Jesus Christ, our Lord. "
